100KW GSHP Project For Furniture Factory in Varna

July 2008: Furniture factory in Varna has an open loop wells with a passive cooling system for the HVAC. They provides cooling system for the factory and office environment. The existing capacity was insufficient and the owner decided to upgrade to active cooling system and bought a 100KW GSHP from EnergyFree Technology Ltd. It was installed with new submersion pump and retrofit to existing HVAC system. The 100KW GSHP features coaxial heat exchanger and Copeland compressor for maximum reliability.

How it work?, submersion pump transfers cooled water from the well into the GSHP. It is configured to reduces the water's temperature and provides chilled water into the HVAC's heat exchanger. The HVAC provides cools airs into the factory/office environments. Within GSHP, the excess heats (due to cooling prcoess) is absorbed into water, which is pump back to the well. The well's soils/water reduces the heated water to a cool temperature and the loop continue.
